Terms of Service
These terms of service apply to all consulting services provided by Neuetron Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Neuetron Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Services are provided as described in the engagement. All work and deliverables are for client’s internal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement. Either party may terminate services with written notice.
General Terms
Neuetron Studio operates as an independent contractor, not as an employee or business partner of the client. All intellectual property created during the engagement remains with the client once payment is complete unless otherwise specified.
Confidential information shared by either party will be kept strictly confidential and only used for the purpose of delivering the services as agreed. Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Neuetron Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of services or advice is at the client’s own risk. For specific questions, please contact us via the form on the Contact page.
